70% of the 170 million people with endo
    live with unmanaged symptoms.

    We're here to change that.

    About

ELANZA is a digital companion for living
    with endometriosis.

She writes to you daily with small therapeutic practices - breath, rest, gentle movement, pain science - under three minutes most days. Over time, she learns what helps you specifically and shapes what comes next around that.

The full app brings classes, deeper conversation, and longitudinal pattern recognition into one place.

ELANZA is built to sit alongside clinical care, not replace it.

    why elanza exists

Endometriosis is a whole body condition. It's time we start treating the whole person.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 people of reproductive age. It takes an average of 7-10 years to diagnose. Most people manage it across fragmented sources - specialists, supplements, online forums, content libraries, tracking apps - and spend significant time and money assembling their own care from scratch.

What we kept hearing was simpler: "I don't need another tracker. I need someone who already knows what's helped me, and what hasn't, so I can get on with my life."

ELANZA was built to be that.

You start with one email. The first message arrives the next morning. Each daily message is a small therapeutic practice grounded in pelvic health, nervous system, and pain science research. They take less than three minutes.

    02.

You can reply at any time - ELANZA reads what you share, secures stores your responses and uses it to shape what comes next, learning your patterns and what helps, serving you more of that in your daily practices to build on it.

For more, get the full ELANZA app for full length therapeutic classes, conversational support, and a longitudinal view of your patterns over time - what helps you, what doesn't, and how your body shifts across months.

    how it works

    how it's built

    Shaped by our users.

The practices ELANZA sends are grounded in published research on chronic pain, pelvic floor health, nervous system regulation, and behavioural health interventions for chronic conditions.

Where research is still emerging, we say so.

Before we built anything, we spent years working in women's health and then months in research with beta testers - learning what was missing, what wasn't working, and what would genuinely help in real lives. ELANZA is shaped by the voices of people living with endometriosis, through user research, community input, and ongoing collaboration with patient advocates and clinicians.

We're an early-stage company building openly and honestly. We'll grow the product, the team, and the evidence base over time.

Built with the endo community, by founders who've
    spent years listening.
