Doctor Bio

Abbaa Sarhan, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who also specializes in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Sarhan earned her undergraduate and medical degrees, as well as her Ob/Gyn residency training, at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she was named Chief Resident. Dr. Sarhan then completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at The Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia, where the first IVF baby in the United States was born. She worked as an Assistant Clinical Professor at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and Virginia Commonwealth University while maintaining a busy medical practice.
