Doctor Bio

Dr. Miller is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who previously worked as a partner at RMA of New Jersey, where he worked closely with the organization's director, Dr. Richard Scott. By performing over 35,000 ultrasounds, 2,000 oocyte retrievals, and 4,000 embryo transfers, and in addition to supervising over 6,000 IVF stimulations! His patients alone delivered over 1,500 babies while under Dr. Miller's care!! 70 percent of those born were singletons, 26% twins, 4% triplets, and fewer than 0.1 percent quadruplets, he gained experience unmatched by the majority of REs across the country.
He was the Director of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the National Naval Medical Center, and the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, while serving in the US Navy. The Assisted Reproductive Technology (“ART”) Program in the Washington, DC metropolitan area was consistently one of the most active under his leadership. Dr. Miller also oversaw the preparation of Fellows in assisted reproduction for the National Institutes of Health's Combined Federal Fellowship Program in Reproductive Endocrinology.
Dr. Miller attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, and earned his medical degree with honors. He then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
