Doctor Bio

Dr. Genevieve Neal-Perry brings more than 20 years of experience in women's health and reproduction to UNC Fertility. Dr. Neal-Perry is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who also specializes in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She completed her residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center and her fellowship training at Yeshiva University. Dr. Neal-Perry is the new Chair of UNC's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Neal-Perry earned several distinctions and awards during her tenure as a resident and fellow in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Neal-Perry has written a number of papers on women's health and reproduction.
General infertility, cancer and reproductive health, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), in vitro fertilization, diet and fertility, premature ovarian insufficiency, reproductive health and cancer treatment, ovarian ageing, menopause and perimenopause complaints, and menstrual cycle dysfunction are some of Dr. Neal-special Perry's interests. Her philosophy is to create a unique medical plan that focuses on reproductive health and fertility.
