Dr. Karen Purcell, MD, PhD, is the founder and director of CARE for the Bay Area. She is a board-certified physician. Dr. Purcell earned her medical degree from Yale University and completed her fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. With a concentration on fertility and endocrinology, she has over sixteen years of medical expertise.
