Doctor Bio

Laurence C. Udoff, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with a speciality in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Udoff came to GIVF from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he was an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences in addition to having a clinical practice. Dr. Udoff was Director of the Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) program at the University of Maryland during his time there. Hundreds of students and residents were taught by him. Dr. Udoff worked at The University of Utah School of Medicine's extremely successful infertility center, where he helped to build the first PGD program in the Intermountain West, before joining the Maryland faculty.
