    CCRM Northern Virginia's practice director is Dr. Mark Payson. He was the director of the IVF Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center until 2012, when he retired as a Navy Commander. Dr. Payson then worked in private practice in the DC metro area before partnering with Dr. William Schoolcraft to form CCRM Northern Virginia.
