Dr. Ursula Balthazar is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist with over 14 years of experience. She will plan and oversee the entire fertility process, maintain a relationship with our patients' OB/GYN, and carry out Aspire's aim to provide a superior reproductive experience for each and every patient, working closely with our Lab Director.
