Whether you're cis, trans, male, female, binary, non-binary, LGBTQ+, or just trying to figure it all out, your reproductive organs play a role in your life, whether or not you want them to. A coach isn't there to tell you WHAT to do, they're specially trained to provide structured support and a safe place to explore your own personal goals in a way you may never have done before. Coaching is not suitable as a standalone option if you are struggling with a mental health conditions, such as clinical depression. It is imperative that you seek out a mental health professional either before or while you are seeing a coach.

You can book a minimum of 4X 1-1 coaching sessions with a Board Certified ELANZA coach for $350. This includes an initial onboarding session (45min) and three subsequent sessions (30min). FUN FACT: Research states that you'll receive significant benefit by 4 sessions but that the value of the sessions increases at 6 and continues to stay at that peak value as you continue with your sessions. Coaching has been shown to increase psychological capital and improve lives. Your coaching sessions are valid for up to 6 months and can be booked around your own schedule, as they align with that of your coach's. Because coaching is an additive exercise in which each session builds upon the last, we highly encourage everyone to use all 4 sessions before making a decision as to whether or not to proceed with more (just for perspective: more than 94% of people that use all 4 sessions continue with coaching). That said, coaching isn't for everyone and that's OK!
